Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

You cannot re-add a device to the website using the serial number unless it is a Microsoft product, such as a Surface laptop, Xbox controller, or accessories.

To relink other Windows devices to your Microsoft account that you accidentally unlinked, re-register your Microsoft account in the settings.

Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info.

Select "Sign in with a Local account instead" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the local account setup.

Restart your computer and log in using your local account.

Next, return to Settings and select Accounts > Your info, then choose "Sign in with your Microsoft account" again. Complete the sign-in.

Sign out (or) Restart your computer.

After restarting, go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with your Microsoft account to check if your device is registered.

Note: It may take 48-72 hours for the device to sync with your Microsoft account.

Let me know if you still need more help.
