Hi All
I am using sharepoint online, I have a team site, which has 4 owners and 20 members to it. On this Team Site under Documents, i have a folder by name test.
I want to share this test folder to two of the owners and 4 members and i dont want any of the other two owners or the 16 members access to this test folder.
How do i put this kind of restriction. please guide me

You could set permissions for the folder particularly:
select the folder> manage access> Advanced> grant the permissions as your need( remember to stop inheriting permissions first)

I am the owner of the team site and i have stopped the inheritance permissions and i have given other user access to one of the test folder. still i am able to access the test folder. how do i restrict myself and provide other user access to this folder.

You could create new permission groups as your need named "new group",
then Remove User Permission to delete the former permission group in the folder permission.
As a result, you will restrict yourself and provide other user access to this folder.
