Mobile log-in issues

Question

Cannot login using mobile app.

Message comes up asking me to enter my microsoft login. Then asks for first 2 digits of my phone number.

Then it gives me 5 puzzles to solve, which I cannot do

I know the puzzle can be a bit tougher, but it is necessary. I am afraid there is no other way.

Maybe you could try an InPrivate Window - sometimes the challenges reduce.
