MDT Task Sequence - Mutiple Aswer Files

Hi, I need some help, not sure if i doing this the best way so any suggestions welcome. I need to use MDT

(I can do this in SCCM in a matter of seconds but cant find out how to do this in MDT)

I need to create a TS that Deploys Server 2016 in 2 Environments (Hyper-V and vCenter) this bit easy. The hard bit is i need to set different Local Admin passwords depending on if its Hyper-V or vCenter. I dont want to do this as Clear Txt so using the Unattend answer file i think would be best bet, but in MDT you dont get to select multiple files like u can in SCCM.

Any suggestions how i can do this?

Based on my experience, it may be hard to create one TS in 2 Environments in MDT, we could use two task sequences with unattend answer files to solve this issue.
