I'm trying to sign into my account. The program keeps asking me for a business name. I do not have a business account with you. In prior years I did use a busness name, but it no longer available. I'm using Microsoft 365 Family now.

    Hello

Can you please tell me, is this on Windows 11 or MacOS?

In addition, where do you log in, on the Microsoft 365 app itself, or on the web?

If you are trying to sign into your Microsoft account and being prompted for a business name, it may be due to the account being associated with a previous business subscription. Since you mentioned that you are now using Microsoft 365 Family, you should ensure that you are signing in with the correct account associated with your Family subscription.

Here are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Account Type: Make sure you are using the correct email address that is linked to your Microsoft 365 Family account. Sometimes, users have multiple accounts (personal and business) that can lead to confusion.
    2. Reset Your Password: If you are unsure about the account, try resetting your password to see if that helps you regain access.
    3. Contact Support: If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can help clarify the type of account you are trying to access and provide guidance on how to proceed.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask!
