Billing Problem

I have paid my annual subscription on Feb 13 and my account says the next payment is due Feb 13 2027 but I am getting popups saying to pay my account before I lose service. How best to deal with this?

    This is Tin, looks like you're seeing popup saying to pay again even you just renewed your subscription. May I know where are you seeing this popup? If its on the MS Office app, please try to sign out and sign back in your account on that app, to do that, please click File then click Accounts, then please sign out, restart the app, then please sign back in.

    Please let me know the result.
