    Hi Deborah Peters

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thank you for your question.

You cannot change part of Outlook’s not editable text. Outlook does not allow changing the font color of the whole Outlook such as labels or ribbon text to your preferred color (blue,green,red,...)

But if you change your theme from black to white or white to black, the ribbons text and labels will be the opposite color (Black theme-white text for example) for users conveniences

But you can change font of text in:

    • Email body text
    • Signatures
    • Calendar items
    • Message formatting

I hope my answer clarifies. Feel free to let me know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and have a good day
