Can you please hold down Windows + R keys, type in msinfo32.exe and hit enter. Then share a screenshot of the System Information window.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your camera not functioning properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check the Camera Connection: Ensure that your camera is properly connected to your device. If it's an external camera, try unplugging it and plugging it back in.
    2. Function Keys: Look at the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard. If one of them has a camera icon, press that key or use Fn + that key to unlock the webcam.
    3. Privacy Slider: Check if there is a small privacy slider on the camera lens that needs to be opened to access the webcam.
    4. Camera Settings: Go to the camera settings page in Windows. You can do this by searching for Settings, then navigating to Bluetooth & devices > Cameras. Ensure your camera is enabled and check if it appears in the list of connected cameras.
    5. Driver Issues: If the camera is still not working, visit the support page for your laptop on the manufacturer's website and download the latest version of the webcam drivers.
    6. Troubleshoot: On the camera settings page, select your camera and look for a Troubleshoot option to get help with the camera.
    7. Reset Camera Settings: If necessary, you can reset the camera settings to factory defaults from the camera settings page.

If you've tried all these steps and the camera still isn't working, it may be a hardware issue with the camera itself.
