Certification merger

Hi ,

I have two certification id . How to merge them.One I have at ******@hotmail.com and another I have at ******@gmail.com

To merge your certifications from two different accounts, you can follow these steps:

1. Log into your school/work account (the one associated with one of your certification IDs).
2. Add the personal profile (the other account) from which you want to transfer your information. This will migrate your certification and training progress from the second account to the first.
3. Wait for the confirmation banner that indicates the transfer was successful.
4. After the transfer, you can remove the previously added personal profile from your account settings.
5. If needed, you can also log into your main preferred Learn Profile and add the work/school account to transfer the certifications to your preferred profile.

Note that if you do not currently have access to a school/work Learn Profile, the transfer cannot be completed. In that case, it is recommended to continue using the profile that contains your certifications for future exams.
