I've recently purchased a new computer, with it I've had only one issue; There is no Wifi Driver/Adapter Package.
I'm not sure what to do with this, however, as of current I am using my phone with USB Tethering to
get any connection.

Your new computer previously used an older generation 802.11n USB wireless LAN card, which is no longer installed in the computer. It's unusual for a new computer not to have WiFi built in, but that's easy to fix: Purchase a USB WiFi dongle and plug it into a USB port on your computer. These dongles are inexpensive, so you really should get a good one, which will set you back about $25 US. Download the driver from the manufacturer's website then insert the dongle. Here's what a USB WiFi dongle looks like:
