I need to permanently switch from annual to monthly subscription

1. Sign in to your Subscriptions at account.microsoft.com/services. Sign in
2. Find the subscription in the list.
3. Select Manage > Change > Switch, and then choose your new recurrence. If you don't see this option, make sure recurring billing is on.
