    Hi,

Have you tried accessing via IP or Name through Windows Explorer?

Are you trying to add Network or NAS home?

    Thanks

To troubleshoot the issue with adding a drive to your network, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Power and Connections: Ensure that the drive is powered on and that all cables connecting your computer to the network are properly attached.
    2. Network Connection: Verify that there is a logical connection between your computer and the drive. If it’s a mapped network drive, ensure that you are authenticated to the network resource.
    3. Permissions: If you receive an error message indicating that the path is not accessible or access is denied, check your permissions. You may need to contact your network administrator to ensure you have the necessary access rights.
    4. Trusted Sites: If you are accessing a SharePoint Online site, make sure to add the site to your trusted sites list in Internet Explorer and select the option to login automatically.
    5. Reconnect to Network: If you have recently changed your network settings or added the drive, try reconnecting to the network and see if that resolves the issue.

If you continue to experience problems, consider checking for any updates or patches that may be required for your system, especially if you are using Windows 11.
