I had appeared for the Git Hub Copilot (GH-300) last month. However I did not pass the exam. But the failed certification exam attempt is not reflecting in my transcript. The certification is visible in the certifications tab. But not in the transcript tab.

If your failed attempt for the GitHub Copilot certification (GH-300) is not reflecting in your transcript, it may be due to a few reasons:

    1. Timing of Results: It can take up to 24 hours for exam results to appear in your Learn profile's Certifications tab, but the transcript may not update immediately.
    2. Profile Issues: Ensure that you are signed into the correct Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, the exam results may be linked to a different profile.
    3. Technical Issues: Occasionally, there may be technical issues that prevent updates from appearing in the transcript.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance regarding missing exam results in your transcript.
