Your hardware is all indicated as Windows 11 compatible, are you offered the free upgrade to Windows 11 in the Updates section of the Settings app, and if so ,is that failing, and what error is indicated.

2

With regards to Windows Activation:

A

It seems you are experiencing a Windows licensing issue that is preventing you from upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. One common error related to licensing during an upgrade is the "Windows is not genuine" error, which can occur due to various reasons, including issues with the licensing service or hardware ID information.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Merge the profilelist.reg file: If you have a profilelist.reg file, right-click it and select Merge.
    2. Restart your computer: After merging the file, restart your device.
    3. Activate Windows: Check if the activation status has changed and if the issue is resolved.

If the problem persists, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. They can help you gather the necessary information to diagnose the issue more effectively.
