Update Payment Information

Question

I moved from Canada to the US. I updated all address information in my Microsoft profile. I need to update the credit card information but the country is locked to Canada and I cannot change it.

Microsoft does not allow changing the country on an existing billing profile. You need to create a new billing profile with your US address, then add your US credit card. Manage this at account.microsoft.com under Payment & billing.
