    Hello,

    Make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account linked to your devices. Go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts, confirm your account is active, then sign in to Office apps if prompted and complete any security verification. Restart your PC and apps. For persistent issues, check your account security at https://account.microsoft.com/security
