- Is your account blocked, or are you having trouble resetting your password or verifying your identity?
- Also, when was the last time you were able to sign in to your Microsoft account successfully?
Note: If you are using the Account Recovery form to recover your account https://account.live.com/acsr please ensure that you do not have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on. The form will not work if 2FA is enabled, or if the account has been deleted due to inactivity (more than 2 years).
