how to move to annual subscription and cancel by monthly subscription for Microsoft 365

    Hello,

    You need to cancel the monthly one first. Please go to https://account.live.com

    Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

    Then go subscribe the annual one. Make sure you do it with the same Microsoft account so you don't have to worry about data migration
