I also have the same problem.
Not sure if this is the reason behind it or not but read on.
Windows 11 supported AMD processors shows that this AMD Athlon 3000G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.50 GHz is compatible BUT there are two core versions of this particular CPU.
The Raven Ridge (‎YD3000C6FHBOX) and the Picasso (YD3000C6M2OFH).
Windows 11 will not recognize the Raven Ridge version only the Picasso version.
And the Picasso versions are hard to find.

    Hello Abel G,

Besides the architecture of the processor being compatible there may be settings applied to the performance that will not pass test.

I would check for example if you have some sort of Power Plan applied that may reduce the limit for Mhz of CPU% limit for example.

All in all I would recommend to set your Windows Power Plan as High Performance, the run the Health Check again.

If it still fails maybe you could share some details from the test results,

You need to wait and see if Windows 11 upgrade is automatically offered to you.

I have the same CPU and I get the same message when using the PC Health Check App :(

I bought this processor last month expecting it to be supported, since it is listed on the Windows 11 Compatibility list, as well as AMD's website (lists "Windows 11 - 64-Bit Edition" under OS Support)... so very disappointing that its not compatible.

I will find out tomorrow if that will solve it. I purchased the Picasso version and I will retry installing Windows 11 again....if this solves the case I wish Microsoft would have indicated that specific detail on their compatibility list. It would have made things alot easier.
