Word issues

I can not say what exactly I have done, but now all word files I open comes with a sort of paragraph, even documents that are not even downloaded, when I do download them, they also comes with this paragraph. I have reinstalled Microsoft 365 whole, and the issue still persists, seems to be saved on my profile as a configuration. Please I need assistance asap, I have an important document to be reviewed.
