Email Storage

Question

It seems that something happened. The children or someone did something now emails are missing. Not sure how to correct this. So, I begin here with recovery. Is this the right way. I was told they were still there. I think that must have thrown all of them in the trash. They were there that morning.

This is my only hope.

Do you currently have full access to your Outlook account (you can sign in normally and see your inbox and settings)? Are you using a personal Microsoft account or work or school account?

In the meantime, please check your "Deleted Items" and "Archive" folders, sometimes older messages are automatically moved there. You can also try searching for a specific old email to see if it still appears.
