To have a payment come out of a different account in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will need to configure the method of payment accordingly. You can do this by selecting the appropriate Account type and Payment account in the Methods of payment setup.

1. Navigate to Accounts payable > Payment setup > Methods of payment.
2. In the Posting section on the General FastTab, select the Account type. If you want to use a bank account, select Bank and then choose the specific bank account in the Payment account field. This ensures that the payment is posted to the correct bank subledger.
3. If you are not using Cash and bank management, you can select Ledger and choose the main account instead.

Make sure to save your changes after configuring the payment method to ensure that future payments are processed from the selected account.
