I have a directory that keeps popping up. To fix the problem I tried to reinstall windows 11 but received a message that I did not have an active TPM 2.0. I changed my dTPM to PTT in my BIOS but now to reinstall windows 11 button is not even active.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo, and I will help you.
I understand you are trying to reset Windows 11.
Did you go to Settings > System > Recovery > Reset this PC option?

Open the Start Menu, type tpm.msc and press enter: What is the TPM status?
