I have entered my recurring billing information correctly, but when I click the save button it does not activate.

How do I fix this so that I can download the 365 applications?

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. What device are you using? (Windows PC, Mac, phone, tablet?) What Microsoft 365 subscription do you have? (Personal, Family, Business, etc.)
    2. What exact error message do you see when you click Save?
    3. Was your Microsoft 365 subscription originally purchased in a different country or region?

    Regards,

If you're having trouble saving your recurring billing information for Microsoft 365, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Subscription Status: Ensure that your subscription is active. You can do this by going to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, selecting Billing > Your products, and checking the status of your subscription.
    2. Edit Recurring Billing: In the same section, select your subscription and under Subscription and payment settings, try editing the recurring billing settings again. Make sure to select On or On, but renew once.
    3. Browser Issues: Sometimes, browser issues can prevent changes from being saved. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Permissions: If you are not the admin, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to make changes to billing settings. If you are unsure, contact your Microsoft 365 administrator for assistance.
    5. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Following these steps should help you resolve the issue and allow you to download the 365 applications successfully.
