Upgrading to .NET Framework 4.8 on SQL server 2016

we are upgrading the .NET Framework from VS2017 4.0 to 4.8 version. We are using SQL Server 2016. what are the impacts and the process of Migration?

    Regarding Migrate to .NET Framework 4.8, I found this document, which has no content related to SQL server 2016.
    This document states that Sql Server 2016 requires .NET Framework 4.6 and above. You can update .NET Framework to 4.8
