Hi Team,

I am getting following error while logging in azure account.

I created account now and received mail about You now have access to 12 months of free services and a USD200* credit. Still I am unable to login.

I might have created account back few years ago, Unfortunately I dont remember.

Could you please guide me on this ? whether this account will unblock or not ? or I have to create another with new email ?

    Hi @Divakar Pawar ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A!

This is a common error and usually indicates that the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant associated with your account has been inactive for a long period and has been placed in a blocked state

If you are an Administrator, you can reactivate your account within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. You can reach out to Microsoft, see the global support phone numbers.

If more than 20 days have passed and the tenant was permanently removed, it cannot be restored. In that case, you will need to:

    • Create a new Azure account
    • Use a new email address

You can also try to sign in using the Tenant Id in the Azure Portal URL: https://portal.azure.com/[TenantID]
