Hi Azure Support Team,
I'm writing to request an increase to my PHP Memory Limit for my WordPress website hosted on Azure.
Current Settings:
- PHP Memory Limit: 256M
- WordPress Memory Limit: 40M
Requested Change:
Please increase the PHP Memory Limit to 1024M
Reason:
My WordPress site has a large database with 15,000+ posts and uses dynamic content filtering. The current 256M limit is causing performance issues including slow page loads (2+ minutes) and filtering timeouts. The recommended memory limit for sites with large datasets is 1024M for optimal performance.
Site Details:
- PHP Version: 8.2.22
- WordPress Version: 6.9.1
- Current hosting: Azure
