Windows Server 2022 activation issue

Windows Server 2022 host server and one VM server installed on host.

Host server activation succeeded but VM server windows activation (using the same key) failed with 0xC004F034 reason. According latest support info, key activation exceeded 3 activation but this is not true as only the host was activated.

  1. How to find who / where the key was activated?
  2. How to reset or delete the 2 unreal registered activations?
