Having problems activating Microsoft 365

I am able to successfully put in the activation code and add a payment card but then it says that it is not possible to yet up the account and to try again later. I have done the five times across several days and it still happens. What do I do?

    Hi Charlotte, I see the error you’re getting after entering your key and card.

    The code PaymentAuthenticationVerificationFailed means the payment security check did not complete, so Microsoft cannot finish setting up the Microsoft 365 subscription. Since this happens multiple times over several days, confirm you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account at redeem.microsoft.com and check that your billing name and address in your Microsoft account match what is on file with your bank. If everything matches and the error continues, contact Microsoft Support and provide the error code and correlation ID shown on your screen so they can trace the failed activation on their side.
