Microsoft authentication

I’m trying to login to my Outlook account for my university on Outlook and it says it’s sending a authentication on my Microsoft authenticator but when I enter the app, it doesn’t give me anything and when I swipe down it still doesn’t refresh. Need help ASAP. Thank you very much.

I think the push isn’t showing because ur phone dropped the auth‑pipe for that school tenant. just open Authenticator → tap the school acct → pull down once that tiny refresh usually wakes the channel and if it still stays quiet, the MFA binding was likely rotated on the uni side, so re‑add the method from ur sign‑in security settings and it should come back.
