Help with contacting microsoft support

I have been trying to contact microsoft support for about a day now. I go to the support page where it prompts me to log in to my account. After logging in it continues to ask me to log in to contact support, despite me already being logged in. Even in the top corner it shows a "sign in" option instead of showing my microsoft account. I have tried refreshing, signing in to a different account, and restarting multiple devices. IS there a way I can fix this or another way to contact support.

Use an alternate path to reach support and work around the sign-in loop.

    1. Try contacting support without relying on the main support portal sign-in flow:
    2. Use the Get Help app in Windows 11 (often more reliable than the browser portal):
      • In Windows search, type Get Help and open the app.
      • Enter a short description like “sign-in loop on Microsoft support site”.
      • When results appear, scroll and select Contact support.
      • Choose the affected product (for example, Microsoft account, Microsoft 365, or Windows) and confirm.
      • Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser or Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you, depending on what is offered.
    3. If the issue is specifically with a Microsoft personal account sign-in in Edge:
      • Use the Get Help app as described above, which is designed for Microsoft personal account users and can connect directly to support if troubleshooters do not resolve the issue.
    4. If the problem is with Outlook.com or Microsoft account access:
      • For Outlook.com sign-in problems, use the dedicated flows from How to sign in to Outlook.com and, if still stuck, follow the Still need help? section to reach Outlook.com support.
      • If unable to sign in to the Microsoft account at all, use the sign-in helper referenced in How to sign in to a Microsoft account or How to get support for Outlook.com.

These paths bypass the broken web sign-in loop by either using the Windows Get Help app or alternate contact entry points that still route to a live agent or support channel.
