Subscription fix

Question

I downloaded my renewed 365 family subscription, restarted my computer, went to use word for a college word project and received this message, "We've run into a problem with your Microsoft 365 subscription, and we need your help to fix it." I click the fix button, and it takes me back to my 365 account and then just leaves me hanging! The account show that is downloaded to my computer.

If an active subscription is seen at https://account.microsoft.com/services page, the problem must be localized. Let me suggest some uninstall/reinstall:

Here is how to use it:

• Go to https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC to open the Get Help App.
• When the tool opens, select Yes, and then click Next.
• Choose the option to uninstall Microsoft 365, then follow the steps.

Once 365 is uninstalled, reinstall the package, from the Services page I linked above.
