Unable to activate windows
I did a fresh system install and now it is saying my windows is not activated. i have done this in the past with no issues. i have gone through troubleshooting and selected "I recently changed hardware on this device" but i then get a message stating "Unable to activate Windows
We can’t reactivate Windows because our servers aren’t available at the moment. Wait for a few minutes, or try adding your Microsoft account again."
I have been getting this message since yesterday.
I have managed to find my installation ID but trying to activate it through the portal https://visualsupport.microsoft.com/ but i get the following message "We’re sorry, your Installation ID was unable to be validated."
Any help would be appreciated

slmgr -upkslmgr /cpkyslmgr /rearmthen restart windows and from Settings > System > Activation try again to install your product key and activate it
If fails, open Troubleshoot and follow the instruction on screen

Did you tried to activate Windows by Phone?
Press WIN + R and type
