I am paying fir 2 different email accounts why?

You were advised to cancel ******@hotmail.co.uk in July

It seems you are charging me for

    ******@hotmail.co.uk and ******@outlook.com

I would like a cancellation of ******@hotmail.co.uk and a refund of £8.49 per month since July

    Hello,

When you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services what status do you see under your Microsoft 365 subscription, Active, Past due, or Expired?

If the status shows Active and no failed payment appears, the warning inside Word or Excel is often delayed account sync. Sign out of Office, restart your PC, then sign back in with the same Microsoft account linked to your subscription. If the status shows Past due, the system is still detecting a failed renewal and the account must complete processing before access returns. Please confirm the exact status showing on your Services page so we can narrow this down.

    Thanks, and keep safe!
