I’d recommend is making sure you’re signing in with the right account type (work vs. personal) since Windows sometimes defaults to the wrong one. If you’re still hitting roadblocks, a password reset or re-registering the device with your org’s Azure AD can often clear things up. Also, check if conditional access policies or MFA requirements are blocking the sign-in it’s a common culprit.
If none of that works, I’d suggest opening a support ticket directly through the Microsoft Admin Center so it gets escalated quickly.
