SCSM Workspace, how to make?

Hello everyone.

Do anyone here have information on how to create a new workspace aka wonderbar

All i am trying to do is create a new workspace called "Asset Management" and then be able to add folders and views as i see fit etc.

I looked everywhere and i cant find anything that helps
