Visual Studio 2017/BI Developer Extension and Hidememberif feature for Ragged Hierarchies

Hello,

I recently installed the BI Developer Extension to Visual Studio 2017 so that I could use the Hidememberif feature to properly handle a ragged Hierarchy in my Tabular project. The "hidememberif..." option however is not visible/available to me after installing the extension. I have no idea what I am doing wrong and there is not a lot of information out there to help me solve the issue. I am currently using SQL Server 2019 (1500) and the only info on this feature that I could find was the brief overview on the developer website for the BI Developer Extension (See link below).
