Visual studio 2019, intellisense/suggestions box auto closes after a few seconds

I added a gif to show this, is this a bug, or a setting that can be overriden so it never closes, i sometimes barely have time to read the suggestion window(stays open for around 5 seconds only)

    Your best options

    • Restart Visual Studio from the Visual Studio developer window using devevnv /safemode, retry using Intellisense, if the problem goes away it's from a visual studio extension, if not move to the next option
    • Report this to Microsoft (using the feedback button under the close window button in the IDE) as there are no settings to control the delay.
