I would like to explore the office 365 has the following feature

We have 4 companies with different domain. example as follow

  1. Company A (companyA.com)
  2. Company B (companyB.com)
  3. Company C (companyC.com)
  4. Company D (companyD.com)

All company has already setup and subscribed office 365.

each company has different office 365 setup.

We want to consolidate all three companies (B,C,D) into Company A.
Company A is holding company and it will manage all other three comapnies
Each company (B,C,D) will still use their domain each has 100+ users.

Is there any solution for that case all under one tenant rather than 4 different tenants.

Hi @Tun Naung Soe ,

We want to consolidate all three companies (B,C,D) into Company A.

According to your description, agree with michev that I am afraid there's no official comprehensive solution available for this. The document below include some information about migrating mailboxes across tenants and hopefully you can find it be of some help:

How to migrate mailboxes from one Microsoft 365 or Office 365 organization to another

In addition, you can also consider working with a Microsoft solution provider to help with the migration.

There is no first-party (Microsoft) solution for this, best you can do with the built-in tools is migrate some parts of the whole. If you want a comprehensive solution, your only option is to look into third-party tools. There are few players in the market, I suggest you go over their offering and compare them based on which criteria is most important for you specific scenario.
