Processor Compatiblity

I ran PC Health Check to see if my computer is compatible with Windows 11. Health Check says my processor is not compatible, but the list of compatible processors says it is. I have a i7-5700HQ processor and am very confused.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, i7-5700HQ processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

    Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

    Hi there,

    Only 8th generation processors are supported for Windows 11. This is been specified by the PC manufacturers for improved security and performance. It seems i7-5700HQ is not on the list.
