Trying to use Windows 11 teams. Have HD webcam. Recognized by Windows 11. Run Teams. Change windows position. Close. Start Teams. Reverts back to old position. Run Teams. Go to Settings. No item for 'devices'. Select 'Meet Now'. Webcam shows up as off. Turn on. Close Teams. Lose Windows position. Lose 'camera on'. Always shows up as off on restart. How can I get 'devices' in Team settings to show up? How can I get 'Teams' to remember windows position? How can I get 'Teams' to have the camera always on?
