The Hotmail servers suddenly started blocking trusted emails from company that is on my safe senders list, is NOT on a block list on my account and has no rules set up against them. I've been trying to resolve this for many hours. Why is it impossible to find support from an actual human being?

Do you have the example of the sender domain? such as @business.com?

It’s from an audio plugin company in Italy.

The domain is @acusticaudio.net

The example domain you provided has DMARC configuration issue - they have two dmarc records when only one is allowed, so it hits error. They can remove the 2nd one in the screenshot "v=DMARC1; p=none;" (sorry this gets too technical, but it is info meant for their IT support).

Because of the error, their emails are rejected by Microsoft. Please let their support know, once corrected, their emails can be accepted typically within 24-48 hours.
