Can't access codes on authenticator

My phone randomly turned off the other day and is basically a brick. I got a new phone and logged into the authenticator and I have none of the codes or anything that I had and I can't log into any of my accounts. (Discord, Snapchat, Instagram, etc) Is there a way to fix this because I really need to log in.

    Microsoft Authenticator stores your keys locally on your device. Backups only work if two conditions are met:

    You've enabled backups in the app settings.

    The new phone is the same platform as the old one (iOS → iOS or Android → Android). It's not possible to restore data from an iPhone to an Android device (or vice versa).
