Microsoft 365 Basic Subscription has been Cancelled.

I have an active Microsoft 365 Basic Subscription that runs until December 2026.

Recently (a month ago), when trying to use Word to update a document on my Desktop, I got a message that the Word is Unlicensed Product and my subscription has been cancelled.

Microsoft (message) says I need to renew my subscription.

But I have an active subscription with Microsoft. How do I go about fixing this problem? and is there is support number to call to correct this issue?

It is frustrating to see Microsoft handle these type of issues with the least amount of priority.

If you have a 365 Basic subscription, you are paying for additional OneDrive storage as well as the web and mobile apps. Installing the Office apps on a PC (or Mac) is not included in a Basic license.
