I have question about android device management. Our end users returns as in many cases phones, that are locked and we don´t have no way to factory reset them since after that devices are unusable. With Intune there is possibility to wipe the devices, but it´s greyed out. What is the best practise with company owned devices to do this? Is only option to use "company owned full managed"? Phones are already in use, so there is no way to change them to fully managed devices anymore?

@SauPom Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that you want to use android enterprise fully managed enrollment method to enroll devices? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.

When we enroll for fully managed devices, it is needed to start with a factory reset.

There is no method to change the devices to fully managed devices directly. It is needed to do factory reset and re-enroll it like a new device.
