win 10 computer try to use MSRA to connect to a win 10 enterprise LTSC computer

Let's say I have two computer and both joined the domain.
Computer 1: Windows 10 Pro
Computer 2: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
computer 2 can use mrsa to remote computer 1 before joining the domain.
After joining domain computer 2 is no longer able to use msra to connect to computer 1.
funny thing is that computer 1 is able to remote computer 2 by using msra.
Computer 1 just somehow not allow other to remote.
is there a bug or something?
