When comments are blocked for a long period, there is no direct way in Edge or Windows settings to reinstate commenting; moderation and reinstatement are handled by the MSN/Feedback teams.

For issues with being blocked from commenting on MSN or Microsoft news articles:

1. Use the feedback option on the MSN page (typically at the bottom right) to report that comments are being blocked and request review/reinstatement of commenting ability.
