What site are you using? To create a viva connection, we need to use a communication site which you want to use as your home site.

You could first confirm whether your site is correct and whether your account has the appropriate permissions.

Hi Elsie Lu,

It is communicate site and set as home site, still giving same error, Also I do have sharepoint admin privileges'

Hi Elsie Lu,

Sorry for the delayed response.

I have closed the PowerShell & opened ad executed again, it worked
It is weird, ay idea what happened why it did not work before ?

Just to add one more note, after successful installation of SharePoint home site integrating with teams, and when we click on that viva icon what exactly we can expect from viva pertaining to SharePoint site, because what I see one link pointed with SharePoint on home site is not showing when it comes to teams, Please find attached screenshots. and also search box , can we expect this when we click on viva for teams intranet
Please help me on this further..

Hi @sns ，

Sometimes it's just a mistake caused by a small spelling mistake(or something), and it often succeeds when you try again. In addition, it can also be operated on the UI, don't need to be so entangled in the code. (About another issue, I have already given a reply in the related thread)
