Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

Please try to repair and reset your Outlook app.
Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find Outlook app and choose More or Advanced options > Terminate, if the option is available > Repair > Restart your PC. If the issue persists after repair, please choose reset.
If the issue persists, please try reinstalling your Outlook app.
