OUTLOOK ADS

I have paid for a Microsoft 365 subscription for more than 5 years. the "New" outlook keeps losing my subscription and showing me ads. Every time I have to delete my account I pay through and re-add it to get the ads to go away.

I want to know how you are going to fix it so it stops doing it, or where do I send the invoices to for your ads. FYI since you charge me for the service and charge the company to show me ads. I charge $500 for every time I have to delete my account and re-add it to get them to go away.

    Hi,

    Please try to repair and reset your Outlook app.

    Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find Outlook app and choose More or Advanced options > Terminate, if the option is available > Repair > Restart your PC. If the issue persists after repair, please choose reset.

    If the issue persists, please try reinstalling your Outlook app.
