    Hello Robin Segundo,

Since this is a public forum, we will hide your personal identifiable information, and I have sent that image of yours containing your personal identifiable information in a private message so we can work together to resolve the issue.

What type of account are you using? Personal account or Business account?

Based on the error screen shown, the problem appears to be that the Excel file’s current link or location in OneDrive can no longer be found, even though you did not intentionally delete it.Here is what you can do to find and gain access to your file again:

    • Go to OneDrive on the web and search for the Excel file by its exact name.
    • Check the OneDrive Recycle Bin to see whether the file was removed accidentally. Deleted files can be restored from the OneDrive Recycle Bin.
    • If the file appears in OneDrive, try opening it directly from its current folder location instead of using the old link.
    • If you are able to open it and Excel gives you an option to save a copy, please do that right away so you do not lose any work.

Please let me know the results after trying the steps above. If the file still cannot be found or opened, feel free to reply with what you see, and I’ll be happy to help you continue troubleshooting.
